Our staff is a vital part of our community and we have organized our school in order to maximize each member’s skillset and ensure every staff member is getting the support he or she needs to grow and improve. We believe every adult at Empower Lower is a learner, and you can see this in the individualized professional development each adult receives.

Our teachers are constantly getting developed in service of improved student outcomes. We have frequent observations, professional learning communities (PLCs), early dismissal every Wednesday for our teachers to look at data and improve their craft, and individualized coaching to tailor goals and growth to what each teacher needs.
